He has an incredible depth of experience across sales, marketing and delivering growth within organisations. Glen has been with NM Insurance for 10 years and has had an incredible impact on our business over that time. Prior to joining NM Insurance, Glen had a decade of experience within financial services, and within the marine and leisure industries in sales and development. Now an engaging and dynamic leader at NM Insurance, Glen brings all his passion for insurance and the products we protect to his current role as Head of Client and Market Development. “Knowledge drives the passion all of us have here at NM Insurance,” says Glen. “I’m inspired to drive positive change and support our partners and customers. My past background in the marine and leisure industries has helped me to excel at delivering my passion through our products. Most of my spare time is spent on the water fishing, diving, and skiing and I have owned and ridden sports and off-road bikes for many years. I live and breathe what I do.”

Barry joined NM Insurance in 2019 as Head Of Underwriting for Motorcycle and Caravan Lines, moving over to Head of Claims in 2022. With an insurance career spanning over 30 years, Barry has a strong background in both underwriting and claims. Barry has held numerous senior positions with insurers, brokers and underwriting agencies. “It is a great feeling knowing that we can have a positive impact on the customers we are here to assist,” says Barry. “Being passionate about our products means that I enjoy what I do every day.” Barry is an Associate of the ANZIIF and studied at Deakin University. Away from work, Barry is a keen motorcyclist who loves getting out there on the open road as much as possible.

Trish Flaherty has worked in the Marine Insurance Industry for over 36yrs. Having joined NM Insurance in 2007 her role has been very diverse building partnerships and supporting brokers. Trish is a Senior Associate of ANZIIF and has previously been on the State council for the Boating Industry Association.

Trish enjoys interaction with the broker network and prides herself to deliver quality service.
